ISO 9001:2008 Accredited
On the 6th March 2009 Impleo achieved their ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for the Provision of Project Management and Technical Services for the Telecommunications Industry.
This was achieved by the team lead by Clare Collier and covers all processes and procedures which ensure that we provide the best possible service and quality to our customers, clients and suppliers.
The ISO accreditation is part of a group of standards for quality management systems and requires a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business.
A Quality Manual forms an integral part of the quality process and is a formal document detailing the scope and responsibility for managing the quality system and how we monitor and measure our performance.
